Christmas at Grandparents' Roundy's home

Athena got a kitty blanky, so soft. A robotic cat with sensors to react to your touch. A ballerina Barbie. A robotic pup that backflips, Princess underwear and bath toys.

Tiberias received a sword, a M&M calendar, robot figure, sticky hand ninjas, Star Wars cereal, a homemade Super Megaforce morpher and ranger keys for it.

Luke received a Star Wars trivia game, stickers, MadLib game book, two shirts, Star Wars cereal, a Digimon type of monster and Kirby Return to Dreamland Wii game.

 We got ready for church

 After church we went to Jeff and Diane's for a family lunch. A big gathering of people. Luke made friends with Valerie's oldest son Jack. They both love Power Rangers.

We planned a Boren get together Christmas day. Eliza and Chubbz were going to carpool with us. Dad and Mom were going to bring Moroni. We'd all meet at Alissa's for Christmas dinner and stay the night.

But then...Chubbz and Eliza changed plans last minute to see Chubbz brother in Vegas one more time before he moves out of the country. And Alissa's family all got sick. And the weather was suppose to be terrible. So I worried we would have to cancel.

However, we decided to go down when the weather turned out to be fine. Once we got there were we surprised to find Chubbz and Eliza made it after all!

Christmas dinner

 Since the Starnes' had been sick they didn't have time to clean. So we all worked together as soon as we got there. We cleaned the house then made dinner. Then the party started.

 

We stayed up late chatting and playing games. The next day we had breakfast together. We went to Walmart for some things...bought some Christmas clearance. Back to the house, played more games. 

For lunch we had giant subs. After lunch we said our goodbyes and hit the road.

We stopped in Beaver at the cheese factory. Bought some squeaky cheese. Ster had never been there before and neither had my kids. 

Then we went to Mona, Utah to see the Monsivais' new home. It's huge and beautiful! Plus they have their own movie theater room. Impressive house and yard. We had fun visiting with Sylvia and grandma Wilde while the kids played. Then we drove the rest of the way to Provo again.
