Endowment, Theatrics & Cousins

My nephew Justin went through the temple for his endowments this year!
Here are some pictures from that wonderful night:
Aaron surprised us with a visit! He moved in August to Grenada...an Island. His wife Nicole stayed behind with the kids so she could deliver her baby here with her parents. Aaron is attending school there in Grenada. It was awesome that he was able to come down for a visit!
 Justin, Autumn and their parents
We went to Applebee's for dinner after the session. Nephi and Autumn are not endowed but they came to Vegas to be there for Justin and enjoy a family meal afterward.

I went to Provo to stay a month with Sterling's family after that. We enjoyed a relaxing month. Story time and Preschool time at the library was fun. We had a few playdates with Sylvia's Monsivais' (Sterling's aunt who is about our age) children. Attended Maria's wedding. I visited one night with my cousin Felicia...at The Spaghetti Factory. Made two baby quilts for Athena...with mom Roundy's help. She tied one of the quilts in a matter of a few short minutes while I was helping my boys get some food. It makes them more special that grandma helped make them.
We spent quality time with Jon and Emily and their children. That was fun.

Ben taught Luke to play Chess

Going back to Logandale for just a few weeks before our move to South Dakota. Nicole brought her kids over to Logandale one Sunday ...I was able to meet baby Hank. He's so small...it's hard to believe they are that small and that Athena will be.

Ezra, Lincol, Lachoneus and Tiberias:

Autumn played Rachel Lynn in the high school production of Anne of Green Gables. Mom and I went to see it one night along with Autumn's family. Tereasa helped backstage so she never sat in the audience for the production.
Autumn is really good at acting. She's fun and dramatic.

Alissa and her baby James came out and played one day. James is walking now!  Alissa and I went to Vegas and attended a friends' wedding reception. Alissa went to the wedding as well. And Ty came with me for the reception. It had been raining for three days! But somehow Luke didn't want to come with me to Vegas to get out of the house. Ty came and we stayed just a little while at the reception. We brought a card for the bride and groom, said Congratulations to Trinette (Blake) and Tom (whom I was friends with one year in high school.  He's Alissa's age and was Alissa's friend).
We said "hi" to some friends, Alisha Reed/Larson and Crystal Blake/Houston. We sat and ate with Alissa a little while then left. We got shakes from Inn & Out to eat on our hour drive back to grandma and grandpa's house.

One night Tereasa, Mom, David, Jacob, Justin and I went to meet a group in Vegas at the Cannery theater to see Catching Fire (The Hunger Games). They have a new luxury theater! The seats reclined and were spacious and there was tons of room in front of each row of seats. So amazing! And the movie was amazing! LOVED IT! Everyone loved it. A fast 2 hours and like 25 minutes. It was during the rainy days and so the drive back to Logandale was in the rain.
