Things are going smoothly, not perfectly, but smoothly to get us ready to leave SD.
Yesterday the trampoline was sold and moved away. The two upstairs leather couches as well.
A few days ago the storage shipment was packed up and taken away.
We received our passports and are updated on immunizations and medical.
Friday we had a house showing. So I took the kids to Ihop for dinner. Sterling had hoped to meet us there for dinner but got held up at work (which almost never happens).
The person who viewed our house that night loved it. And Saturday price negotiations started happening. Saturday night we had an official offer on the house and we took it! $165,500.
Fingers crossed the home inspection goes well and this sale does goes through.
The home inspection is scheduled for Tuesday (in three days). The movers are coming to pack up our stuff on Wednesday then taking it away on Thursday.
We move into the hotel on Wednesday.
